Same problem i’m having. Eating the drivers. At dealer now. They are telling me my tunnel is bent. In the back making that the issue. Doesn’t make sense. Been on the phone with Yamaha a couple times now. No help never heard of it. They want $7,000 to replace tunnel.

I’m sure they will not total it for that price. At least I don’t think

All I do is trail ride up in Canada with my sled. I will have an answer on insurance company tomorrow. Don’t want a new tunnel for 7k and do it again. And loss out on the rest of riding

Second dealer first one I took it to free ride in Ann Arbor where I bought it couldn’t do it so I drove it 2.5 hours to hackers in Houghton Lake and this is the response i’m getting.

my front drivers have either moved or came from the factory not in spec anyone have any tip or recommend what to do. The left side of trying to come out of the window and won’t move the track over. But right side is centered in window. But track if hitting tunnel on the left side
