Thanks for the input guys. I believe I will go with Ulmer kits and take the gear back to 24. Don't like being snowed on the long stretches. I'll let you know what I get. And hope to make the change in two steps to quantify the differences to clutch kit or gear

Drive it. You have 200 miles on brand new oil. That is one day. Your situation is not different than someone that changed their oil before storage. In fact better maybe, considering that you ran for 200 miles and cleaned up the internal engine with new oil. Sounds like a good plan to me.

I am flexible. We are from District 5 so we have almost given up on doing anything around home. Time to get our heads around a trip location. a 3 day trip around the park sounds real nice.
