electrical problem I would check the wires under the motor. I had a 200 srx and it had the same symtoms. The wires had chafed under the motor and were grounding out.

no 144" sled is going to handle like an srx. If I remember correctly when an srx sat on hard ground the rear axle and rear of the track was raised which is why they handled so well. The turning pivit point was from the center of the ski to the front section of the track

The problem with the analogy from auto upgrades to sled upgrades is that I know everyone got to test drive there car, truck ect and if they didn't like the way it handled they wouldnt have purchased it. With snowmobiles I don't Know of one dealer that will let you test drive your new sled before...

I think all sleds should be totally tricked out and cost 20,000 then mybe only the few can afford it and there would be less traffic on tug Hill on the weekends. HA!
