Currently running Hacksaw 144x14x1. Hard to get. Trying to avoid Ripsaw 144x15x1.25 or the icerippers.
Thoughts on wrapping the white (I am using the newer white-white version) secondary spring to 80 degrees vs. 70 degs?
Using Dalton 52-46 helix and need the wrap for backshift and belt grip.
I don't have them out yet....
Are the upper wheels a 6005?? <strange one.
And the 4 rear wheels....all 6004? Or the outers 6004 and the inners 6204?

My mounting studs were threaded in deep, so I had to back them out 2 turns to accommodate the thicker...

The fixed sheaves are the same....but the moveable has different numbers...anyone know the difference?

I was just realizing that my 2006 Apex RTX-RL is NINE years old!! Bought NEW in January 2006. I will double check my miles tonight.
Best sled ever. You won't find a sled of ANY other brand that's held up so well for 9 years!
Technology has not really changed, although the 2011+ Apex is much...
Would love to see someones autotune map after a few revisions with the autotune.
Been using the PCV on my Harley and see how much the autotune is changing things, so very curious just how much change vs. PC3 change is going on.

Can I reach the oil filter through one of the two holes in the front frame (between the shock towers)?
With Yamacharger, you gotta bunch of crap to move to get to it otherwise! LOL
Damn bushing won't stay in place...the bushing on the bearing side.
Replaced it last winter with an aftermarket bushing, and it wouldn't stay in, so I put in an OEM bushing. Lasted about 1000 kms...
Cruising for about 6+ miles on the lake yesterday at 60+ mph....lost rpm....bushing must...
It's gonna be really funny when Cat announces it's new sleds.....the new Viper painted GREEN with a LEFTOVER Nytro motor!! LOL!!!
They are calling it the GARTER SNAKE!!!
So this F1100 chassis with the current Apex motor.....barely any lighter than the current sled.....will we have to go to arcticchat.com to discuss this chassis and a new TY forum for the motor??!??!!?!!
I wonder what will be faster? The F1100T or the VIPER 150hp?!!???? All things equal...
