Mach Z not stock king of the lake.

On my gauge I can get closer to 22 psi, its past the 20 and my gauge only goes to 20. I have another gauge I will run but our season is about over. That day I took the video was +5 *C I was seeing about 7600-7700 RPM at 15 psi boost. You can turn it up to stock 17-18 psi on a warm day and get...

Mike have you had a chance to ride a sled with the Smart Shox on it yet? I can assure you that while I do agree with you on the Cat front end being superior the old snowtrackers with the new suspension is absolutely beyond a shadow of a doubt the best cornering machine I have been on in a...

I think the guys that care about it would compare and the guys who didn't would be happy to have a nice little gadget on their screen that has a pretty bar graph.

Yeah Mike our old pal Janetty is posting there with his BS every day now too. Ridiculous really that these so called experts know it all lol. Your spot on make the power first then worry about the rest. I've been consistently running 120+ mph with ours now, I have one more trick I am going...

Oh yeah for sure, that 30 - 45 seconds it takes me to set in the morning pretty much ruins my whole day.

Mach Z not stock king of the lake.

Sorry been away riding / testing for a while. Not posting on Dootalk about this because too many morons will just crow. Don't need thousands in an ECU to make the Mach work. Some guys just like to waste $ Cheap boost gauge and a manual boost controller work on the Mach I am like $95 all in...

Mach Z not stock king of the lake.

I don't believe it is in the ECU but there is a parameter we have found to cause the Mach to either go or not go. It's not in the tune its more in the variance of a certain sensor. I have around 1500 miles of messing with our Mach Z these things are incredible trail sleds as far as suspension...

Mach Z not stock king of the lake.

Wasn't that the exact point you continuously argued on other forums? When people (myself) and others posted about other brands you wanted nothing to hear of it. It's tough to have your opinion heard regardless of platform, no matter how good something is there is always something better. I...

    Broke my sled.......again!

I was in Quebec for 3 days with a buddy that "blacktop" Kevin setup from Stouffville not sure you know him. Anyways TD PT map, super quiet muffler STM weights and whatever else they do to the primary and secondary. In 1500 km he used 2 belts, while I don't find that acceptable he does and for...

    Broke my sled.......again!

My buddy is just over 5,000 miles on the same clutch parts except for STM weights, springs and helix change. Original rollers etc... Been running the XTX belts or the 8JP same belt life for each around 1,000 miles to a belt.

    Broke my sled.......again!

Steve that's a pretty crappy situation. I didn't realize it was that bad when you had told me about it. That just sucks and should completely be covered under warranty. Have you tried a different dealer or escalated it with Yamaha? That should be completely. Unfortunately that slide action...

Real World 1500 Mile Low Down of new Ski Doo XR-S 900 Turbo vs. SideWinder

Just a curious question to those wanting to buy a 900T or sticking with their Winders. What's most important to you guys. Ride? Handling? Speed? Sled build quality? Comfort? Accessories? I'm just curious to know either way. For me I have tried a 3 other brands and seem to return to Ski-Doo...

Real World 1500 Mile Low Down of new Ski Doo XR-S 900 Turbo vs. SideWinder

Correct! There is no way no how an 850 is running with a mod winder ever. I’ve had some excellent races with stock ones!

Real World 1500 Mile Low Down of new Ski Doo XR-S 900 Turbo vs. SideWinder

My buddy has a SW with powertrail and it’s absolutely insane on another level insane. Never ever ridden something as fast period. It’s just nuts! My 146” long 850 vs his 137” is maybe a 200’ race before the SW starts putting bus lengths on. We rolled on once on a long river a few weeks back...

Real World 1500 Mile Low Down of new Ski Doo XR-S 900 Turbo vs. SideWinder

You don’t need to copy and paste anything. I’m well aware that just as many don’t mph for whatever reason and fully acknowledge that. However there are lots that do which I am also stating.
