Long time ago but I remember there was a tab I had to cut off or bend to get it to fold down out of the way. Tape up the wires going into it for protection if so desired.

You can bypass the tors if you want to ride til the sensor comes in. Simple search should find it.

My dealer hasn't had one back (Yet LOL) that he has taken 2 mm off the clamps with SS. Having them not be able to move appears to make a difference as well. I had one pipe break and it was completely opposite the clutch.

If you use ski savers take them off for a try. Helped my mileage.

Port Yamaha has them for $178 so not sure how $170 would be cost. Show them the port price and if they don't help you shop some where else.

Just phoned the dealer that I paid $100 per from last spring and he now wants $137 each. Canada as well and we always get screwed. $170 sounds like someone made a mistake. The Titanium ones were $400 I think so maybe they figure they can charge the extra and make some money. Like they don't...

I'm on my 3rd battery already. These gel battery's just don't last. Lead acid last forever compared to these things. If it seems weak now it won't get any better later on. Replace it and sleep at night. ;)!

2 Rich's can't be wrong. ;)! I have the same sled with 1.325 and like Rich says I have nicks on my exhaust bracket. The 2 clamps holding Muffler to header also takes a few licks. Keep in mind we have the pro active and not the Mono rear skid. Might be a difference on the two skids...

Find a local track near you for a track day. No speed limits, much safer then the streets and you will became a better rider. Plus it's a whole lot of fun. Really takes the ambition out of speeding on the street.
