wifes 05 rs Venture was running great for about 20 miles and then started to bog and hesitate. I have a couple questions.
Acted Like a tors issue. I jumped on it and it would run better with the choke on but was maxing out at about 30-45mph at WOT. I assume I have carb issues??

To adjust the transfer rod my lock nut is on super tight. Is it righty tighty lefty loose??
The tool they supply is junk. Pipe wrench?

I cut a piece of plastic in the general shape of area and then drilled holes to let the air/heat out. Riveted the edges

yeah... pics would be great. I am working on the old Bravo latetly and I had to use a couple of 2x4s to span across. works fine, but always a bit of wasted walking around time to get where I need to be.

I have a full size Rock Island 1911. It's heavy but I love the feel and it has some good knock down power.
I ride a lot in northern Maine sometimes alone and a lot at night with a buddy or two. I like the insurance against coyotes or some weirdos if we have a breakdown.

Yeah. I wear a shammy shirt or my bibs actually cover the pistol pretty well.
I put my holster on before my bibs so it keeps it snug against my chest too.
i was lucky this summer and built a workshop that has a 2 post rotary lift. Has anyone used one to work on their sled?
