I replaced my headlight the first time I broke the tabs. Promptly broke them on the new headlight. I've been zip tieing for 5 years, 4000kms.

I've had this happen and have fixed by having the shock re-built. I seem to need to do this every 3000kms (or two years).

I went 5" but had to re-route the throttle cable a bit and the housing did eventually split. No issue with the brake line, it's got plenty of extra length. This was on an '06 mtn.

I've got a tee off of the boost sense line going to my GEMS box. That way I see what the box is seeing (before of the throttle bodies).
