My sled is an 09 FX Nytro RTX, stock cover had the red accent. I went to an all black look. Also painted my A arms black and put on yellow ski tips. Kind of a yamadoo type of look

Anyone have any experience or tips for changing the stock cover to one of the Yamaha accessory seat wraps. I'm going for a little more of a all black stealth look on my FX Nytro RTX.

When mine were replaced on my '07 after 8,000+ miles I was told that the repair was covered by Yamis emmissions system warranty. I have YES but was told that it was covered anyway

Only used the stock shorty on my 07 RTX for the first ride of the season, the last spring ride and when I sold it. Used the medium without problem in any temp for 9,000 miles. Still have it if you are interested in having one for less $. It is the OEM Yami, smoke shade with black lower graphic...

Nytro B, What are you using for fuel caddies? I see some in the yami access cateloge but it say that they will not work on the new SE tunnel. Bummer. :o|

Great feedback guys. Still on the fence. I like everything about it except the lack of confidence in it's range. To be even talking about when your sled runs out of fuel is a damn shame. Hope someone from Yami sees a large thread of concerns. :o|

Big difference between going 120 miles and 100. Keep the MPG experiences coming. Any reason to think that the '09 SE's would be any better? Beyond me why Yami puts this huge negative on the showroom floor. Less weight!!!! It's crazy and I will not reward it by buying a $300+ after market...
