i had oil leaking from my belly pan on yesterdays ride, sled was never on its side all day. made it home but lost a decent amount of oil, no warning lights or anything.
i rode across a big lake with about 12" of pow..(70km) I noticed this oil when we stopped to change a blown belt.
any...
ball finally came in.
has anyone changed one yet.....are we talking hammer, puller or remove a-arm and use a press.....?
thought I would ask before I start.
thanks, Brian
Well....I have been chasing my tail for 1600 km trying to get this sled to handle the way I would like. I want it to rail corners and take all big and small trail junk without noticing.
From my experience on setting up new sleds, you try and get a sled balanced first to get the handling down...
lower ball joint.
anyone know what the internals are supposed to include.
I was giving my sled the once over on Friday and noticed a little extra play in the right side lower ball joint. They have a little slop when new......but right side was probably 3X movement of the left side...
I love this sled, it rocks, the best sled I have owned by far. I will admit I was worried after my first few rides.....not now.
I hope this will help some of the guys struggling to find the sweet spot on this sled.....it can be done, for me anyway.
After 800km I have a better idea how to...
Thinking of switching brands.
Whats the reviews or opinions with these front shocks other than being light.
What is the +/-
Can they be re-valved......service friendly...??....... :ORC
