Yamadog, I just had a 4 cylinder motor break a rod after the first mile ride this year also. Broke the rod just below the wrist pin and the other part of the rod jammed 3/4" up the cylinder wall from the bottom.. Its kind of a fun ruiner for the season..

My friend has an 08 rtx 121 and on my 99 phazer 500 136 I beat him all day long with my 120lb girlfriend riding with me. He did the airbox mod and a muffler replacement. My phazer has reed spacers, clutched, and stock gears. I'd say your in for a good race. Hope you get the jump.. just my .02 -dru

I am actually wanting to go 121 to 162. I have the skid, track, and drivers. but i just dont know if there is any other changes between the two??

so other than the obvious ie. a-arms, track, skid, and tunnel ext. what else would i need to convert the two? are the tunnels different? ANY info would be great!! thanks -dru
