They make kits designed for other sleds, just not any Yamaha's. This one looks like it would work though.

Im running the 162 on a stock tunnel too and it works just fine. The length isnt the complaint for me, its the back end of the tunnel that needs to be hacked off because it gets hung up on the snow. I wish they would have had the tunnel done right to begin with like the 2010's

I was interested in it but it cost 100 to ship to canada. There is no brokerage or duties though so that helps. Im probably going to wait until the off season and do something with my tunnel then.

Allen, I see it has a 0-5 volt input on it so you could hook up the map sensor to that and use it to build maps which are RPM vs Load. My question is, do you know if you can also use the factory TPS sensor to adjust the accelerator pump circuit to help out with the on off throttle...

Do you think the hood vent will fit ok?

What are your thoughts on the nytro hood vent and the stock vent covers? I was thinking about putting them on. Not sure i want to do the rest of the vents. Thanks

My biggest complaint last year was how tippy the sled feels on harder snow. In the soft stuff it is great but on some off camber hard stuff i tipped it over a few times. Granted I am still learning to ride this thing after coming off my ZX but sheesh its annoying! So with this lovely economy...

Is there an easy way to move your drivers a bit if you do not have a press? One of mine needs to be moved about 1/4 of an inch and I was hoping to do it in the garage vs taking it somewhere with a press.

What make of 3 bar map sensor are you guys running?
