blew a hole in the front heat exchanger yesterday out on the lake. had to get towed back by my buddys polaris. Not sure wether to call insurance or try to weld it up myself. oh and now they are talking possible nor easter for midweek. FIGURES!!!!!
Well, out on the lake today and somehow sent something into the radiator. How much of a job is this to change? What is the usual dealer charge ( have insurance) or should I just try to weld it up?

Just wondering which way the stoppers in the W-arm are supposed to mount pointy end up or down? I removed them to weld up the cracked W-arm and can't recall how they went?
Dude I had the same problem with mine. when you hook up only one side it gets hot instantly. but when you hook them back up in series nothing, dealer replaced the cdi box but still the same. once in a while I think they kinda work(prolonged high speed) but never have to worry about turning them...
hudson cycle blows
hudson cycle is the worst yamaha dealer I have ever dealt with I had an srx that had a rebuilt engine 130 miles, fouled 2 plugs one day took it to them for a tune up and they said I had a bent crank. I called midwest crank sent it to them it was only .002 out of round (fine)...
I recently read in the snowgoer that a guy recommends to put the softest spring that I can find in the primary clutch of my rx1 he states that he has no nose dive problems with this setup and it rides like a two stroke. any feedback on this set up?????
I took my sled down to the dealer today to try to fix my warmers they dont get hot at all. when you disconnect them and plug them in individually they work fine but when you hook them back up in series they dont get warm. He told me the hand warmer voltage is controlled by the computer. I dont...
