yamaha rx1 engine removal methods

new to the site , new to snowmobiles, I have an rx1 and I need to pull the engine, I have everything loose it moves around but I cannot get it out of the hole , what needs to be removed besides the stay or cover , exhaust ,motor mount bolts , hoses ,cables , wires , I’m hitting the water pump...
