Hey ! i have a stock 2003 RX1, i am looking at putting in a 151 skid from a 05 RX1, would this be a good improvment, anybody did this before ? how hard would the install be ?

Its just bolts and a tape measure. Make sure the 151 mounts the same in your tunnel as the one it came out of and your good to go.
Most dont swap yamaha suspensions because most of them are not as good as a cat/doo/poo or aftermarket like a ZX2, M10, etc

Thanks man ! it probably still will be better than my stock 121 suspension... i hope hehe ! There is gotta be someone else with this set up that could give me some feedback !

I suggest you check the RX mountain forum and see how they like the suspension, and if any had converted there mountains to shortie's
