so I noticed the bearing circlips were both out of the upper wheels on my skid and i was shocked... shocked to make me think maybe the sequence of parts on the upper shaft is incorrect. The fiche is unclear as it shows this brass/hardened steel collar to be put on before the spring... can someone could verify for sequence for me...
from the outside of the shaft I have the following:
collar with set screw
wheel
hardened steel collar with rounded outer peice facing wheel
torsion spring
