is this the oil dran plug on the bottom of the Moro bc I call a yamaha shop and they said it should look like a bolt and have a gasket on it it don't look like a bolt and it don't have a gasket on it this is what it looks like

My 07 attak has 2 plugs. One on the tank you put the oil in and check it. One under that plastic plate in your last picture you will need to take out
the three bolts to get to it.

By gasket they are referring to a copper washer. The allen head bolt you show is the drain plug on the oil pan. The oil tank will have a 14mm hex head bolt on the bottom of the tank. You need to remove the lower side panel to drain the tank.

There is no copper or no washer on the hex bolt showing in the pic

If there isn't it would be leaking profusely(big word for me).

If you happened to get the oil change all-in-one kit from Yamaha, then there should be a new copper washer in the kit. If not, then I suppose an auto parts store might have something close. As I recall the washer is about 2-3mm thick soft copper.
There should also be a copper washer on the drain plug on the oil tank itself. Normally these things stay with the drain plug/bolt when you remove them.
I typically re-use mine, they don't go bad, just get lost in the soup if you happen to drop it into the oil drain tray and toss it out before you realize it!

Ahhh but they do go bad. My dealer told me you should get about 6 oil changes out of them. Just picked one up yesterday, cost me $1.75. Was leaking very slowly from the tank drain.
