Good day, i had the rear section of my skid let go and bend up causing the track to rip. on the 06 there looks to be a special track for the extra drive sprockets. has anyone put a track without all the extra internal drive lugs and run as is, or even press the extra drive sprockets off? i can get the rear section and track off of a vk 540 for cheap. any advice is appreciated, thanks.

If you are talking about the rear H frame, that’s the reason why it bent or cracked as the earlier pro 06 and 07 had that problem because it was actually out of a vk 540 and the extra weight would cause them to break or bend there was an update kit for the front and rear, two separate kits which were beefier with gussets and larger diameter cross shafts! As for installing a different track , you can do it as long as you keep your track tension in spec no issues will happen but if left slack your track will ratchet especially in reverse! Cheers!
