07 Attak Overheating!!!

sorry to hear of your accident...too bad you had'nt seen the previous posts providing the above info...there's no need for a rear radiator or HAVING to break trail for cooling..

although it sucks...could have been worse with a more straight on hit..a bulkhead!

for parts I'd be looking on ebay and save some coin....good luck

Thanks for all the replies and input!!

I've located a dealer for "Engine Ice" and should have it by the end of the week. I'm hoping all goes well with using it so I don't have to put the extra cooler on. I'm concerned it may interfere with putting on a larger track.

Looks like we may be riding until at least the end of April here. Lots of snow, and snowing like mad right now!! I live in Newfoundland, Canada.

I did the engine ice thing & still get overheating on my 07 attak on warmer days. My 06 atak never ever overheated once but my 07 has shut down a lot!

hmmm....




if it were a 2 stroke I'd say check for an air pocket
