TPS? You said you just added a riser. You might want to re-route your cables for a little more slack..........

Here's the Apex grounding block thread, not sure if there is a corresponding Phazer thread.

If your ground block is burnt at all then this bulletin and fix applies.Should fix the issue. If no time or not willing to wait for the service then soldering them all together and adding a good ground right to battery will do it right also.

So looks like it was the ground block issue. I just removed the yellow block and soldiered all the wires togethor. Reinstalled fuel pump relay and the sled fired right up. I also did 2 other small ground blocks just to hopefully prevent any other grounding issues. Just have to put sled back togethor and test run it, but I think we have it cased. Thanks Cannondale and Crewchief, for all the help, and all the other that had ideas. This site makes working on these sleds alot easier.
Much appreciated.
Much appreciated.

Awesome!May want to hit your dealer up with your issue.I believe you will get a new subharness to fix this issue.Either way though your fix is a good one but may consider adding a wire to ground at battery to duplicate the Yamaha fix.
