The CO can be adjusted from the POD. I can't remeber the steps but there is a thread on it. You'll need to disconnect a wire or two in the front harness and press and hold buttons on the POD to activate the diagnoisis screen on the POD. Sorry I don't remember all the steps but search this site and there is step by step instructions.

Thanks. Looks kind of complicated, but if it fixes the condition it will be worth it. 8

Do you need any extra wire to connect the two together or is it under the hood near the ecu?I'm going to try to richen it up alittle tomorrow.

Find the wire as described in "setting the co2 trim mode"A(It's under the coolant bottle.find the single white connector, remove black plug & insert wire & replace plug to hold it in place.Fasten wire to ground & follow steps---
I did mine last year(set to+10) & still have the wire in place for use if needed)

+10 did that correct the problem? How about the rest of the rpm range?

My sled today seemed to do more stumbling and hesitating as the engine warmed up. If that makes any sense, or it just might be me over thinking it.

I got my sled back from the dealer this weekend. They installed new crank sensor and rerouted the wires, adjusted the tps, none of this helped the hesitation. I did some adjusting on the co settings up to +15 on all cyls now and has not helped. Going on a week long trip next week looks like I am going to take it the way it is. On another note I was looking it over for my trip and found that all 4 balljoints are loose with only 611mi, I will be calling dealer on mon to let them know the hesitation is not fixed and all the ball joints are loose I hope yamaha will take care of this!

The hesitation is there from factory on every Nytros. They made it like this due to noise regulations !! i heard.
Put on a Rapid Bike III with proper map and its gone.
On mine i first installed the MCX turbo and the hesitation was more noticeable than before. I added on the RB3 and its gone.
