Looks like tracks usa is selling kits for the 121" rails to use 128" tracks and they do not require a tunnel extension.
Question is can you run a 13.5" wide track with no mods to the suspension width? Any other worries? Rear heat exchanger and studs maybe?

I honestly don't think you can run a 13.5" track without relocating the top idler wheels closer to inside. However, there are few in Apex forums that have extended to 128" and are running 14" wide tracks without any problems.
No a 13.5" won't work unless you modify the skid.
