15 Apex idle mixture adjustment?

Saw in a post somewhere about grounding a plug to the frame and getting diagnosis code C01... to adjust mixture at idle. All of my plugs have ground wires in and out. Could someone tell me if I can bring this up and how.

I believe that only works on the older Apex unit.
