I finally got to ride my 2013 xtx after dumping some money into her this summer.
Skinz seat/under tunnel exhaust/skinz under seat bag: I love the added height of the seat and its easier to jump over while riding. The seat seems a little hard but I rarely sit on it. My spare belt, tools, and other things fit perfect in the under seat bag and stayed dry all day. The exhaust isn't terribly loud and seemed to help with ice build up, but still gives a good rumble.
Oft steering relocate: This is by far the best thing iv ever done for a sled, and its hard to describe it unless you ride it. No bars in my knees and so much better handling in the tight spots.
Rear exit shocks: Wow Wow Wow Wow. I still have some tinkering to do but they are amazing.

I still hesitate on getting one because I sit down 100% of the time.

I consider myself a fairly aggressive rider in the trails and sit 90% of time when riding aggressive and I honestly cant wait to try on the trails once they are ready.... first ride out was lots of boodocking and I noticed a huge difference being able to hang off the side and turn without hitting my own knee

oh yeah
I totally spaced the wrp running board inserts. No snow build up at all and better traction.

I am gonna try it on my buddy's nytro this year. But right now I would think putting the bars up 2 inches higher and forward with the soft stock seat would give the 'ape bar' effect. (Motorcycle)
I am planning on getting a WRP +2 seat and I think it would be perfect then. But with stock seat??

don't forget you can just rotate the bar to get rid of the ape bar feeling
Sounds like you are getting her all setup to your liking.... probably the one thing I like most about the Nytro .... yeah it has issues but if you take some time and figure out what works for you it can be a great sled... this motor rocks
