2003 RX1 locking collar on the jack shaft???

I read this as an important update to an 03 RX1? What am I looking for to know if my sled has it? If not how difficult is it to install, and what was happening with its stockl installation method?

I did try the search, maybe I am not using it correctly as it always returns 7 or 800 plus topics with maybe one word in them?
