Regarding O rings, you also find them...float valve seat assembly (leads to flooding)...small one with pilot screw.....small one in topside slider vacum diaphram. I've had issues with the first one, flooding gas to air box and cylinder as it sits turned off. Assume you got all these, just checking...

i do not reccomend riding but try bypassing tors. the phazer i just got this season stutters like that when the throttle is not in the proper position and that is after i took it apart and cleaned all the crud out of the handlebar switch.

2010 and sudden jump to 2017? This seems to happen alot lately! Wonder if Len knows someone is asking him a question 7 years latter? A PM might work if he is still around!
