2005 Rx1 High idle

This is the first time i ever spent time riding this sled since we've owned it, I usually ride the 03. I noticed while i was riding it though that it's idling around 2,000 RPM and the 03 idles just under 1,000. Is this as simple as an idle screw adjustment?

Yes, you just need to adjust the idle adjustment screw. Be sure to warm up the engine before makingthe adjustment.

set the idle at 1500 rpms

That was a lot easier then I thought it would be I set it at about a 1,000. Why 1500? My 03 idles just under 1,000.

Your 03 is going to like 1500 much better and the clutch noise if you have it goes away too.
