Do you by chance have Rock's Handwarmers installed and are trying to turn them off by setting the warmer to its lowest setting (ie. no bars showing)?

No sire all original parts on sled. Thanks for your time on this

try it with one bar showing if controls work. if they do not, you might have to take them apart and clean the contacts.
