bought a 2005 vector yesterday with 7000 miles on it when I went to unload it of my trailer today it started and none of the lights or dash lite up or gauges worked. it sat there and ran ok so I put it into reverse to back it off and all of a sudden the lights and dash started working. any one else had this happened before on one of these sleds. thanks

Sounds like a frozen relay to me. Wrode my buddies RX1 last week and it did the exact same thing. I turned the sled off, and started it again and the dash and lights came on.

Frozen relay and or low battery will cause that.

I own a 05 vector........ This is very common if the temp. is near or below 0 .. They stay off for up to 5 minutes at times.. The colder the longer they are off....... Nothing to worry about.. MM.
