I just picked up a 2007 phazer for my daughter and I was checking it over I noticed on the primary that the flyweights aren't even sitting on the rollers. I've never seen it like that before. Any ideas? Stock clutching

sounds like it is stuck. i would take the cover off and clean the clutch where the bushing rides with steel wool and make sure everything slides freely with the spring out. if it had sat for awhile, could have some corrosion or belt dust hanging it up. have to do this to any sled that sits for an extended period.

I'm pretty sure it's not stuck. I can move and bang it back. Almost like wrong weights or shim behind sheave.
