Any thing I should know before tackling this job? I have ordered and revived the new rivets, heat exchangers... I have an electric rivet gun for re installation. I searched for link with none found.

Not understanding "Rear Foot Exchanger"
I use a vise grip with smooth flat jaws. This blocks the coolant from completely draining from the system. Punch out the metal pin from the rivets and then drill them out.

Search for the following post by Redbeard he shows changing one on a warrior(same tunnel design)not sure about an electric riveter? Most use air powered you might want to test a rivet first as the double grip rivets are fairly hard to drive

All back together and no leaks! Not as bad as i thought! nothing like an air riveter to get the job done !

So here are some pics of the old coolers. Cracks are were the suspension mounts to running boards. This is a common issue I am told due to chassis flex especially when riders stand up a lot. sled has over 17,000 miles and is an LTX GT 136 mono. FYI for cooler leaks!

I am looking for some.... Steiner! I am going to add the rear idler wheel cross shaft and wheels instead of just those idlers attached to the side of the tunnel. Yamaha removed them on my 2010 probably for weight savings. I think that will help also!

The rear cross shaft will interfere with the rear swing arm. The older style swing arm which was used on the 136" models will cause interference with the rails on the 2010 and newer suspension which aren't milled down nearly as far as the old ones were. This would require removal of the idler wheels which just happen to be in the area of highest wear.

The 2010 Apex suspension without that cross shaft is the good one.
 
Really, wow wouldn't of thought of that????? Looks to be alot of room for movment ..... I will leave well enough alone Thanks HSLD!
