Here is Nick1945 2011 Apex XTX. We removed the stock XTX suspension and brackets and installed a custom 136 mono stretched to 144 using a extension from TracksUSA. The mono shock arms have been powder coated by Halfbaked Coatings as well as the Ohlins shock has been updated to bjowett custom shock system for Ohlins (Removed electronic control, changed to manual adjust, PDS System)

We nick named the conversion from a XTX to a XTY

He hated the XTX skid... Viper Dave is not a big fan either... its not a plush mono ride and Yamaha does not have a Apex mono any longer then a 128 on a new Apex platform....

I was wondering the same thing. Im not sure the mono skid is more plush then the xtx if set up is right.

Heading home this morning. I'd like to thank Tom, and Craig for all the help, and the hospitality, had a great time, and enjoyed the build. ;)!
