2013 venture with EPS

Couple questions. My sister and her husband are looking at picking up a 2013 venture with less than 1000 miles. Is there anything they need to look out for or be aware of? Also wondering if this is a 1049 or a 973cc? It's listed as both o. Yamaha's website.

Yamaha sells two versions... the base model, old RX/RS body style, w/ 973cc carbureted engine, and the newer Apex body style with the 1049 efi w/ power steering.
