Nice work Terry......So it looks like the surface is machined, but still a cast helix? Hard to tell from Pic. But is that even possible if its cast still?
Now having a straight 37 would make better sense to me if the SRX does come with that. The 35/39 reverse angle with pink(apex) spring just seems like a bad combo.
Dan
Yes, cast helix, but machined on the ramps and where the helix bolts on. Still cast where the hub butts up against the washer holding on the secondary. Would that be enough to tilt the helix away from the rollers? I'm thinking possibility.
What about the belt? Are people checking this with belt on?

I'm guessing so. The ones that I have seen thus far.
Should have belt off. It can easily effect the roller contact since is always some play in bushings.I'm guessing so. The ones that I have seen thus far.

What is the offset set to on 19s? Did they lower it any?

If they updated offset the secondary will need a new part# or they changed the mounting of the motor lol

Mine came with no washers behind it and measured about 58 mm, have daves offset tool comeing so will see how close it is. Kinda made an offset gauge to check my apex daves way and tried it on winder and not even close to the same, thought they may be close but they didn't seem to be

I don’t have one here to compare. Can only go off what were told, seems there has been a couple posts about this with conflicting info. Stamped with one number, measures like another... Pictures are worth a thousand words.

haha...myeyes are old too Steve. with the rounded edges on the casting you probably wouldnt notice much, plus the ones that are just raw cast usually have a bit of a twisted inconsistent ramp anyway
