I've seen low 200's when having to cross a local town (trail goes down plowed alleys with lots of stops), basically the radiator/fan combo is just big enough to keep it from over heating at about 1/8 throttle. My buddies on 2 stroke usually do a "dip in the powder" before going across said town. My fan seems to kick on at 203*f and off at 190*f

Thanks every-one for the advice. I guess I just have to get used to the new sleds and what they want. Going out to buy 2 sets of Ice scratchers... Install one set on the ski's, the other on the rail, I'm hoping I don't have to ever be worried again. And on a positive note... I love this sled!!!!
