Thanks the confirmation. Yes you can see the empty roll-over valve bolted threaded hole adjacent to the muffler on the 2020/2021 where the roll-over valve was located. It was located there on all earlier SW's and every threaded discussion herein describes removing the roll-over valve from that location (see RockerDan thread, example)
So, Why did Yamaha move it?
Do we still have to remove it? Why?
What's the benefit of its new location?

Is the valve on the 21's still heated? I think on the 19's or 20' models they started heating them. My guess is if it's not, they are saving a few bucks thinking that spot might stay warmer longer with heat from the block.
