Its a normal cable throttle lever to an actuator to ETB....Near exact same as the Vector DBW.
Cool Z pattern vent in side panel....only $19,699...lol
Just seen this new video loaded....not a DOO but.....These are some killer sleds.

2019 sidewinder xtx le, sleeping for now
I broke my collar bone on one of those
So do you think that throttle configuration will get rid of the lag everyone complained about last year? Its a normal cable throttle lever to an actuator to ETB....Near exact same as the Vector DBW.

Couple things....So do you think that throttle configuration will get rid of the lag everyone complained about last year?
There is ZERO lag with iTC. Its actually the opposite, its TOO snappy making it jerky and hard to ride in bumps or technical riding, when in sport mode. So guys would go down to standard mode, and then it would be less aggressive and IMO a delayed feel. I rode my buds alot last season, his was bone stock.
So IMO, the new design having a full sized lever, makes a big difference alone. Since the current iTC lever is super short throw, so they must get the entire span of power into short distance, and therefore above 50% is too touchy/jerky. I believe this hardware change will make it much easier to get the software correct within map. (IE: Pedal position vs Butterfly position).
Olivier at Boost Engineering is the only guy IMO who was able to make the current iTC feel really linear all the way through. And he did that with the old short lever, I believe BRP will get this to be MUCH better, still maybe not perfect but hopefully alot closer to normal so people who ride it don't complain right away...lol

I get it guys, It sucks when guys come in talking about other brands. No doubt it can get under many people's skin. And I hear ya.
For so many yrs in my younger days I was so brand loyal and hated all other brands. I have to say the best thing to ever happen was when I would ride with other brand guys, and we would swap. More and more we have been doing this and swapping and demo-ing other brands is something that is so great, it will open you up to how all the brands ride and feel. I love so much about the Winder, and also Doos, and even POO. At this time they are all great sleds and cannot go wrong, and I think if most guys tried other brands they would be the better for it.
I say the same thing over on DT, pros and cons of Winder as those guys bash the sled. No reason for it IMO. Winder has many issues we all know of, just read the first 20 threads. Doo has its own issue, with one big one being iTC. I like to try a new sled every 2 seasons to keep things interesting, and to stay with same brand and model is boring. Only live once, may as well ride them all.

Just kidding.....lol.
I think as long as we keep it technical and factual nothing but good can come from analyzing every new sled.I get it guys, It sucks when guys come in talking about other brands. No doubt it can get under many people's skin. And I hear ya.
