I was riding 2022 Viper on the weekend and stopped to take a picture and out of the blue the sled shut off.
Started again and went down the trail not a very far distance, sled was sputtering and surging, thought it was a fuel pump issue. Some time you would hear the pump start up , other times, not at all. So, now It doesn't seem like that is the problem , tried a new fuel pump and that won't start up. Anyone else have this happen ? He switched the relays
So it appears there is no juice to the fuel pump, the dash is reading -40 coolant, and the backup alarm is coming on, but it is not in reverse.

All you can do is start the track through the harness looking for a short.no he tried switching them. So it appears there is no juice to the fuel pump, the dash is reading -40 coolant, and the backup alarm is coming on, but not in reverse.

He's thinking it could be the ECU...All you can do is start the track through the harness looking for a short.

Check battery cable connections.
I have had them loosen up before and cause issues.

Thanks, he tried a ECU off a different sled, it starts and the backup alarm, and coolant temp seems okay, so ordered a used ECU.
