Probably not. The banks don't have any cash. I went down to the bank today to get $10K cash, and they told me I would have to wait two weeks for them to order and get the cash. The banks are BROKE. They will give you a check. But, cash, they just don't have it laying around in the vault. Heck, ... It would not pay to be a bank robber, these days. Too much risk for peanuts.
