Lube Them, Give us a break. Mine where shot in the first 300 miles. Yes i am serious. Or if they are not shot, The tolerence should be better.

I use a spray lube penatrating type NOT WD40, a lube type, I find KROWN to be the best "T32 or T40" and just spray on the ends of arms on bushings area of arms at the bulkhead and it will gradually make it sefl in the bushings, it only takes a drop to keep everything in top shape...

Proof...10.000kms and still going!

Yeah, I need to do this too, mine are junk. Someone needs to make a better bushing. Anyone?

How many miles on the sled?

Have 2k on my Apex, may need to check these bushings as well.

The SLACK/SLOPPYNESS is normal, their born that way,I did shim some slack out with plastic washers but it didn't change much.

Just check one out of the box, it won't be much better than any used sled out their.

I do agree that some guys did wear quite fast, did they LUBE??? I think you have the answer.

Look at my '05 rear MONO when they first came out without ZERk'S to grease those rear bushings, I went threw the first set within 2000kms, now I ZERTED and have the same bushings on since over 8000kms so far.

All what I'm trying to say is if you lube/grease those high wear area they will LAST a lot longer... :yam:
