Installed Arctic Cat wind deflectors (AC#6639-453) inexpensive, lightweight and easy install, no interference with graphics. They do not have any Arctic Cat logos on them They made a difference for me. No wind on knees or legs. I suppose it depends on a riders position on the sled whether they are helpful or not.

Tunnel flares. Made a noticeable difference at least on the XTX with snow spray. Not obtrusive, tunnel bag stays clean and clear. Not obtrusive. Purchased Yamaha ones but Arctic Cat ones are perfect fit too.

I noticed a lot of snow flying up when I first got the sled. Installed 4th wheel kit(I did this for realizability and traction purposes) and have no more snow flying up. Just another option if anyone is considering buying tunnel flares, the 4th wheel kit cured that problem for me atleast and you get some piece of mind along with it that you won't be stranded if a wheel goes bad

Excellent suggestion studroes. Thanknyounfor all of your excellent input.

Have JT 4th wheel kit and still need to order some tunnel flares. It's like getting buckshot to your rear when you hang off the side.

Met two vipers today on the trail and both were slinging snow. The guy behind me said he doesn't see and snow flying off my track and I don't get hit at all with snow. Just my personal experience. My outside wheels are slotted, not solid. Not sure if that makes any difference

Can you post a pic of your sled with those installed? I see the Cat image but can't get a good view of them...

Thanks in advance.

Wind deflectors

I will be happy to but sled is in the shop for 300-500 oil, check and chain tension. I wont be able to picture until Monday.

Another thing is that they blend in very well. The Arctic Cat fit was verified by Cannondale and it was correct.

As far as the tunnel flares I got them after the first ride with a friend that had them on since delivery and noticed that his tunnel bag and the surrounding area was clean. He does not have a 4th wheel. I have a 4th wheel since delivery and was still getting snow spray. But none since.
