How did you remove the bumper?

Remove the "softness" nut, and the two big allen-head bolts holding the drawbar onto the rails, then it'll all just slide apart.

Checked my skid and there is no rubber piece there. Checked the detailed parts drawing and it shows it on that. I never had one thats why I never noticed it. Or some how last season, if it was on there,m it got damaged and fell off.
