I was just trying to adjust the suspension but it has way to much snow and ice and I am at a friends house that has no way to get this thing heated up. I did not want to snap those bolts on the rear,Is there an easy way to do this? Not to mention I am also using the tools that came with the sled because he does not have any tools.

Where in the hell you riding in New York that has snow and ice???
Wait til you get home and defrost the sled, then make your changes. What bolt are you talking about??

Compression damping only requires a screwdriver. Rebound requires a small gorilla w/ strong fingers........

Don't remove the bolts for the compression!! In the middle of the bolts is a small screw. Use the flat top screw driver.
The rebound damping will require a set of mechanic gloves at the best time. Best left till thawed.
All this is in your manual.

LOL!!! That rebound is a real bastard to get to... I have these stupid big hands and it was not easy. The trick is getting your hands lined up to be able to get both of them on the knob (well at least a few fingers). It took me a whole bunch of swearing and grunting but I got it.

Yes my hands are so big and I'm so ackward that I have to get on my back, feet up by the exhaust, on one side of the sled to tighten it and on the other to loosen it for the back shock rebound. The front one isn't that bad to get at, when thawed.

Do you have to turn the bottom screw for the compression as well?

Seriously, did you get a manual?
Each shock has a screw for setting compression. The front shock has it on the top of the piggy back that is accessible from the left hand side of the sled (the left hand when you are sitting on it).
While you are at that one, if you look just past it, you will see the screw on the bottom of the rear shock.
Both the screws are surrounded by nuts but you don't do anything with the nuts. Just the screws.
Hope this clears it up.

Yea,I understand. I have a manual but it says to turn in direction A or B so I thought they ment the bolt.
