Have an 05 warrior and getting the cups from the air box back onto the carbs is proving impossible. just doesnt seem to fit.
lol yes it can be a pita no doubt but lucky for you a lot of us have had the same problem. There is few things I did to mine that makes this much much easier.
1- Take the clamps off clean the rubber and clamps up and using high heat silicone silicone them back in place and let it set up for 24 hrs.
2- Order some allen head screws and replace those phillips screws.
3- Place a film of oil on the inside of the rubbers when you reinstall them.
4- I use a small rope and pull up the carb rack slightly and tie them up to the handle bars.
5- Now place the airbox with the little and bigger hose attached onto the carb rack first then push the front down so it goes into palce and clip the front down with the rubber tie down.
6- Holding the air box down in place release the rope and the carbs go right into the rubber inlets on the air box.
7 When tightening the clamps make sure they stay in place and not try to slip out of place and dont try to tighten them down too much.
8- With the airbox lid off you can see and feel if a rubber has rolled or not seated properly. Put the lid back on and you should be good to go.

yeah I will try that. I was sitting there yesterday and was like there is no way this thing fits in there.
If you do the above you will not have any problems removing and replacing the airbox.

Are these sleds louder, as in by the clutch area. I had a 07 Nytro and it didnt seem this loud but this new warrior is a 4 cylinder. Ive heard these are louder than others.
Not sure I have never owned a nytro.

just seems to have a louder machine noise near the engine. Nothing that sounds broke. Maybe the clutch is off
Different animal.

I find just warming up the air box rubber boots in the house or with a hair dryer allows them to slip back onto the carbs easily, especially if you're working on your sled in a cold garage.
