Tried removing air box today, removed all screws and hoses, was loose but did not to come out, corner of box would not clear rad hose. Does air box come out without removing rad hose or coolant resevoir?

Yes Whit a litle bit on force you need get them out off the way

Takes some finagling and then you have to watch the lower clip nuts when going back in as they like to migrate out of position.

I did take off the two screws at the front holding the rad so you can swing the rad to either side.

That might help, having to force too much not a good idea to me, plus still needs to back in

Having issues with airbox as well. I'm removing because the intake is covered in oil underneath box. Any fixes to the oil going into the airbox?

Have to have oil level correct. It's a timed procedure and it does matter if warm or cold. Should be procedure in FAQ. Your manual also.

Although it can be done without removing coolant bottle, getting that loose gives you room to pull the air box out easily. Only two screws holding coolant bottle in so it's super easy to get it out of the way.
