Airbox and exhaust

I am going to nitrous next season but I had a couple of questions first.
Currently I have the Fix airbox lid and an Excell exhaust with the Hauck fuel programmer and I was wondering the pros and cons of these mods with nitrous. Since Michigan has passed the noise law I was considering selling the exhaust and putting the money towards the nitrous. I am totally new to the nitrous world so any info and advice would be great. I was going to go with the Holtzman system.

Stone ran his Fix lid and his nitrous together I think.

However, I tested with my Fix lid and found that while driving along, say 30 mph, and hitting the nitrous, the nitrous would simply blast right through the Fix lid material. It was very easily seen. I just stood up and leaned a little forward and watched the lid as I squirted the juice!!

This would be the case for any airbox fogging type nitrous setup, like my HOLTZMAN.

I don't recommend using the fix lid when spraying it still gives you a good boost but much of it is lost.
