I was thinking of widening my from A-arms by half an inch per side.. I think i could get enought tie rod end adjustment out of the tie rods to not have to lengthen them.

I could use a tubing cutter and just add in a half inch section and reweld right in the middle.. this would also lower the ride height because the should mount would be farther away.

You would be better off fabing up spacers at the spindles. You can't simply stretch the arms because the angles would be different, or look poor after you stretch them to fit. Yes it would be lower, but it would also be softer since you are increasing the leverage on the shock/spring. This small amount could be taken up with the adjuster but for an overall increase of 1 inch sounds like a lot of work. Pioneers kit would increase your stance 3 inches and is awesome, however it is a little pricey. The other dilemma with his kit is the fact that replacement parts are almost imposable to get (RX style discontinued) and at $150 per arm not cool. I wish you luck, my plan is to fab new arms and tie rods, we'll see how I make out.

My buddy did one of mine upper arm on my nytro. Couldn't find a replacement in time before a trip. Turned out pretty good. For a quick last minute thing. I need to take off and grind down the welds a little. He made a jig to hold everything so nothing went out of whack. Also beefed it up a little on the end. Was going to post a pic,but i can't ever get pictures to work on here.

Only problem with pioneers kit is, you cant use ulmers oilight bushings with it.

I have been talking to Ulmers and might be sending my Pioneer Kit out to get some Oilite bushings fabbed up for it! I will keep you posted if it all pans out.
