Anyone know where I could get a pig tail (single to double heated visor outlet)

been looking around for a single to dual power outlet for the heated visor plug down by the chaincase.
I woul like to be able to plug both my heated visor and afr modual on the same power source.
Anyone know where I could get this???

I had bought one similar to that one but it also had a fuse on it as well. I can't seem to remember where I ordered it from though. I'll keep looking.
