Apex ltx gt 136 suspension issues

I have a 2010 yamaha apex ltx gt 136. I recently replaced the shock with an aftermarket elka shock as I had rebuilt the ohlins twice and had nothing but problems with it failing and bottoming out constantly. Now I am having the opposite problem. My snowmobile suspension bounces like a basketball when I hit a bump or jump on the back of it and when I lift up on the back of the sled it lifts up like 4 inches and doesnt sound right. I will upload a video and see if there is something obvious I am missing
