Apex Oil filter in Nytro??

Dealer sold me 5GH-13440-20-00 (Apex oil filter) for my Nytro

insted of 5DM-13440-00-00 (Nytro Filter).... Will the Apex filter fit??

5dm is shorter, dont think so, if it did it would be very tight

I bought an unused yamaha oil change kit from a guy who totalled his nytro. Discovered the same thing his dealer gave him the wrong kit too. The apex filter is about 3/8 to 1/2 inch longer which I would think would rub the skid plate or be a problem. No chances here, I got a k&n 147 filter instead. I guess we should post the apex filters in the classifieds huh?
